Mystery Driver Program

Your feedback is important to us! If you are a professional, over-the-road driver, then we want to hear from you as a part of our "Mystery Driver" program. We request drivers on this program review one store per month and send feedback to us. That means a driver can do a maximum of 12 shops a year. Each store can receive a maximum of four shops per month. 500 Frequent Fueler Advantage points are awarded for each survey completed. A registered Frequent Fueler Advantage Card is required to participate in the program.

I'm interested what do I do next?

1. Make sure you have a registered Frequent Fueler Advantage Card. This is how you sign into the survey system and get your 500 points for use at any Pilot Flying J.
2. Conduct business at any Pilot Flying J. You need to observe:
   • Fueling and Fuel Islands
   • Fuel Desk Area
   • Showers
   • General Retail Area
   • Restaurant
