  • Restaurant Server

    Restaurant servers are responsible for providing customers with fast and friendly service in foodservice. Other responsibilities include explaining and answering questions about menu items, preparing checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes, and stocking service areas with supplies. We are looking for motivated individuals with great customer focus to maintain the restaurant's energy and help us fulfill our mission of providing each customer with excellent customer service.
  • Retail Cashier and Restaurant Cashier

    Retail and restaurant cashiers are responsible for providing customers with fast and friendly service in foodservice or at the sales counter. Other responsibilities include managing shelves and inventory, operating the cash registers, and maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness in the store.   • Cook/Restaurant Prep Cook

    Restaurant prep cooks/ cooks are responsible for food production in one of our many restaurant concepts including Arby's, Wendy's, Taco Bell, Subway, Pizza Hut, Dairy Queen, Huddle House and Chester's Chicken. Candidates for this position are responsible for ensuring top-notch quality in all of our food products while working with fellow employees to keep our restaurants clean and providing customers with fast, friendly service.
  • Maintenance

    The maintenance staff is responsible for maintaining the store facilities to ensure they are clean, stocked, organized, and running properly.  Some of the tasks in this position include maintaining all shelves and products, cleaning shower and restroom facilities, performing general repair/maintenance of the store, and contributing to the overall focus of offering customer service with a friendly smile. This role is essential to providing customers with well-maintained facilities and quality products.
  • Retail & Restaurant Shift Leader

    Driver Services Champions are responsible for providing our professional driver customers with fast and friendly service at the diesel islands. Other responsibilities include directing fueling and traffic flow, troubleshooting issues at the fuel islands, and assisting with transactions at the islands. We are looking for motivated individuals with a friendly, outgoing personality to "wow" the customer at the diesel island and handle difficult customer situations as they arise.

Because of this growth, we are seeking skilled Managers with 2-3 years of experience in Retail Management. This position requires the ability to direct and coordinate the organization's goals and objectives. Also, candidates must have the knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. Finally, it is important that our Managers build, coach, and develop their teams. This requires an ability to determine the staffing needs of their units, and interview, hire, and train new employees.

We're currently hiring for the following positions:

  • Travel Center General Manager
    TCGM's oversee our high-volume, multi-faceted locations including grocery, convenience, fuel, and restaurant operations. TCGM’s are responsible for the generation and execution of travel center and restaurant business plans and processes to achieve established standards, sales and profit objectives, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include hiring, training, and developing excellent Team Members in a fast-paced, 24-hour environment.
  • Travel Center Assistant Manager
    TCM's assist the Travel Center General Manager with day-to-day operations including driving sales and profit, managing and developing Team Members, tracking inventory, providing customer service, performing P&L analysis, and much more.
  • Restaurant General Manager
    RGM's manage our high-volume, quick-service restaurants. We operate some of the highest grossing restaurant franchises in the nation and offer outstanding development and income potential. Responsibilities include achieving targeted sales and profitability, controlling expenses, and staffing and developing team members.
  • Restaurant Assistant Manager
    RM's assist the Restaurant General Manager with day-to-day operations including customer satisfaction, staffing, scheduling, P&L analysis, inventory control, and much more.
  • Deli Manager
    Deli Managers are responsible for the daily execution of Concept and PFJ processes, policies, procedures and systems to ensure excellent hospitality for customers and to create a great work environment for Team Members while still ensuring efficient operational execution and achievement of financial goals. Responsibilities include creating and executing shift plans, managing team members, and monitoring food preparation and quality to include controlling inventory levels and following strict food safety procedures.

Fuel Transport

Pilot Flying J is the nation's leader in the Travel Center industry. With over 550 locations nationwide and $25 billion in annual sales, we have a lot of success to share. At Pilot Flying J we think it's important to always "Do the right thing". As a family owned business, we understand that "Doing the right thing" for our employees means giving them more time at home to spend with their families. As a Pilot Driver, your schedule allows you to be home daily with two consecutive days off each week. We are currently seeking experienced Fuel Transport Drivers. The right candidate will have a CDL with Hazmat and tanker endorsements.
